Optum hosted 360 University, an exclusive event focused on cultivating leadership and management skills. The program aimed to guide participants through a transformative journey, symbolizing their “full-circle” progression in capabilities upon completion.

To create a cohesive experience, we developed a visual identity that integrated the event's theme across all materials. This included designing a distinctive logo, lanyards, mugs, and a participant handbook, ensuring that each piece resonated with attendees and celebrated their growth and learning.

I led the design of the event collateral and merchandise, crafting a unified aesthetic that embodied the transformative journey of the participants. By aligning the visual identity with the program's goals, I contributed to an impactful experience that emphasized leadership development.
I took a literal approach with "360" and "full circle" and combined them in the logo to create the visual of a 360-degree turn; a complete circle. This theme was carried throughout the event in branded merch, participant materials, and email designs.
